MiProCK helps you stay organized through reminders, routines, and motivational tools. We respect your privacy and collect only the minimum information required for the app to function properly.

• Account data (optional): If you choose to sign in, we collect your name and email for login, syncing, and support.
• No routine or schedule data is uploaded: Your routines, reminders, tasks, notes, tags, and analytics remain stored **only on your device**. MiProCK does not store this information in Firestore or any cloud database.
• App behavior analytics: We collect anonymized information such as feature usage, crash logs, and device data (model, OS version, app version). This is used strictly to improve performance and diagnose issues.
• Payments: Payments and subscriptions are handled securely by external providers such as Google Play Billing. MiProCK does not store card or payment details.

How We Use Information

• Provide reminders, alarms, and essential app features.
• Improve app performance, reliability, and user experience.
• Resolve bugs, crashes, and technical issues reported through diagnostics.
• Support account management if you choose to sign in.

Data Sharing

We never sell your personal data. We only share anonymized diagnostics with trusted service providers (such as analytics and crash-reporting platforms) under strict data-protection agreements.

Data Retention & Deletion

Since your routines and schedules remain on your device, you control their deletion at any time. If you have an account, you may request full account deletion by contacting us.

We use industry-standard security practices, including encrypted communication (HTTPS), to keep your data safe. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we continuously work to improve protection.

Children’s Privacy

MiProCK is not intended for children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete it.
